3. Products and pricing

• Product images are for representation. Minor variations in colour, finish, or weight may occur in handcrafted jewellery.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.
• Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms mentioned on the product or checkout page.

4. Orders and payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is sent after successful placement.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and other supported methods including PhonePe where available).
• Online payments must be completed successfully before the order is confirmed as paid.
• We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or incorrect information.

5. Account registration

You must provide accurate name, email, and mobile number during registration. Mobile verification via OTP is required. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shivaradhya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
